The Environmental Studies minor is an interdisciplinary exploration of the relationship between humans and their environment. The minor prepares students to engage intellectually with people across disciplines about many types of environmental issues through a foundation of coursework in the natural sciences, social sciences, and humanities. Because environmental issues have cultural, political, economic, biological and imaginative dimensions, our program involves students in a broad learning experience both in the classroom and in the field.
