Religious Organizations

Religious Organizations

Mars Hill University defines religious organizations as student organizations that provide a means for students of a particular denomination or religious affiliation to interact with others.

Weekly worship opportunities

Blueprint

An opportunity for students to fellowship and worship with their peers on Wednesday evenings from 6:30pm-8:30pm in Bentley Fellowship Hall. Blueprint hosts a coffee house from 6:30-7:00 before the praise band leads students in contemporary praise music, which is then followed by a local speaker or other programming.
Finally, participants break up into small groups for study, discussion and prayer.

Crossroads

A weekly chapel service at MHU, held Tuesday mornings at 11:00 in Broyhill Chapel. Although worship is a vital part of Crossroads, the program is designed to examine that place where faith meets reason. Sometimes the service is designed to encourage thought, and sometimes it is designed to encourage the experience of worship. But it is always about examining the impact of a living faith on the individual and on the world.
