First year students live on “Freshmen Hill” that includes Myers Hall, Turner Hall, Brown Hall, Gibson Hall and Laurel Hall. These buildings contain double rooms and very limited single rooms options. If space is available, students who request it will be allowed, at an additional cost, to have the double room as a “private” without a roommate. Rooms for new students are awarded on a first come-first served basis so the students who return their housing contracts (with $250 Advance Tuition Payment) first will be given priority.
Upperclassmen students live in Dickson-Palmer Apartments, Azalea Townhouses, Dogwood Hall, Fox Hall, Huffman Hall, and Lunsford Hall. There are double and single room options available. Upperclassmen students reserve their space in the Spring semester.
Have you already decided that Mars Hill University is the place for you?
Submit your $250 Advance Tuition Payment. Freshman and Sophomores are required to live on campus and housing assignments are determined on a first-come, first-serve basis. After receiving your financial aid package, you will receive an email communication with instructions on how to pay the Advance Tuition Payment through Self-Service.
Watch your email for your login information for all of your Mars Hill accounts (housing, self service, email). Once you have accessed your accounts, complete the Housing and Meal Plan Application or if you will be a commuter, fill out the Commuter Application.
