What motivates Shannon to do social work is having the ability to amplify the voices of the unheard, alongside collaboration with community partners to ensure that all have access to the resources and support they deserve. Shannon believes that social workers should be inspired, knowing that their work can generate immediate impacts, with lasting generational effects.
