MHU Summer Marching Band Camp

June 21–24, 2026

The beautifully landscaped campus of Mars Hill University is the perfect setting for a 4-day/3-night marching band camp.

The Mars Hill University Summer Marching Band Camp offers an exciting and immersive experience for middle and high school students in grades 8–12. Participants will study with music faculty from Mars Hill University alongside staff from Music City Drum Corps, gaining firsthand insight into high school, collegiate, and drum corps-level performance.

Students will engage in daily activities focused on stretching and strengthening, visual fundamentals, music basics and exercises, ensemble rehearsal, and leadership development. Camp participants will also have the unique opportunity to observe Music City Drum Corps in rehearsal.

The camp culminates in a special side-by-side performance, featuring students performing alongside members of Music City Drum Corps. This will be an unforgettable educational and musical experience.
