Passive Fist

Ultimate (frisbee) is a fun, easy to learn and contagious team sport. MHU’s team “Passive Fist” was founded in 2014. The object is to pass and catch a disc in the endzone of a playing field. All genders compete and all skill levels are welcome! We typically play once or twice a week, host one tournament a semester and compete in the NC DIII Carolina Conference of the USAUltimate
College championships in the spring.

Watch this 2020 promotional video of highlights and a glimpse into the sport and community of ultimate frisbee, produced by the national governing body USAUltimate.
