Taylor Fitness CenterThe Taylor Fitness Center (TFC), located in the lower level of Wren Student Union, is available to all MHU students, faculty, and staff. The TFC features cardio equipment including treadmills, stationary bikes, ellipticals, and weight machines; as well as various options for strength training, such as free weights, barbells, and dumbbells. The facility is staffed by trained student workers.

Community Members

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and facility capacity limitations, the TFC is currently not available for community use.

Fitness Center Hours:

As you enter the facility, please sign in. Please keep in mind the facility is limited to10 people in the center at a time, until further notice.

Fitness Center Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 6 a.m.–2 p.m. & 3 p.m.–10 p.m.
Thursday: 6 a.m.–6 p.m. & 8–-10 p.m.
Thursday: (NOW women-only session) 6–8 p.m.
Saturday, Sunday: 10 a.m.–6 p.m. & 7–10 p.m.

Pool Hours:
The pool is open for lap swim during certain hours for students, faculty, and staff.

Current open hours:
Mon & Wed 7:00-11:00am
Tues & Thurs 7:00-9:00am
Closed Friday-Sunday

Masks must be worn when entering and exiting the facility.

The pool is currently NOT open to the public. The pool does not have open hours during summer and winter breaks. Please call 689-1595 for updates, pool hours or to talk to the aquatics director. Hours are subject to change. Please bring your ID to get in.
