Ellen Fitness Center is located on the 3rd floor of the Campus Center and is open to MHU students, staff, and faculty. It features cardio and strength-training equipment as well as a yoga/indoor cycling studio space.
Spring Semester 2026 (1/13–4/28)
Monday—Thursday 6:30 a.m.—10 p.m.
Friday 6:30 a.m.—8 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday 10 a.m.—3 p.m.
(MHU ID required for entry)

Taylor Fitness Center (TFC) is located on the lower level of Wren Student Union and is supervised by the Interim Director of Recreation and Wellness, Kari Hunt. TFC features cardio equipment, stationary machines, and free weights to serve all facets of the MHU community.
