Advising Reminder
The Advising/Registration Adjustment period is now underway as of August 3rd for seniors, August 4th for juniors, and August 5th for sophomores. Incoming first-year students will have advisors assigned and your advisor will reach out to you on August 10th or shortly after.
There will be an additional day for schedule adjustments on August 17, prior to the first day of class on the 18th. As usual, there will be a drop-add period that will extend through Monday, August 24th. If you have additional questions, please reach out to advising@mhu.edu.
Textbook Information
Since we are beginning the fall semester with three weeks of remote learning, students have a couple of options to receive textbooks.
If you are close enough to the campus to pick them up in person, you may come to the Textbook Distribution Center on the lower level of Cornwell Hall on weekdays between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., beginning Monday, August 10, for all seniors, juniors and sophomores. First-year students may begin textbook pick up on Wednesday August 12th.
If you would like to have your textbooks mailed to you, please fill out this form so that we have your accurate mailing address. Books will take up to 7 days shipping time.
IT Survey for potential technology needs
Please complete this survey to help us ensure all students have adequate technology resources to accomplish both virtual/remote learning classes as well as making the transition back to on-campus classes during the semester. Students are expected to have a personal computer when returning to campus. IT services will work to help ensure every student has the resources needed for fall classes. It is important that all students respond to the survey. Thank you.
Update from the Office of Housing and Residence Life
You received an email last week with the Return To Campus Guide and other move-in information. Upon further reflection, the university has decided to allow you to leave your belongings in your residence hall room at the conclusion of the fall semester and over winter break.
