Update: 3/12/2020
To: AGS Students
You received communication yesterday from MHU about the university’s response to the COVID-19 situation in the US. Spring Break has been extended for all traditional MHU students. This extension of Spring Break will also apply to all full-semester, seated AGS courses. At this time, AGS 2nd short-term, seated courses will continue to meet in person as scheduled. If you are enrolled in an online AGS course, please be in communication with your instructor regarding the schedule for your course.
Graduate-level courses will meet in some form next week. Graduate students should be in contact with their instructor(s) regarding course schedules and meeting arrangements.
As you are aware, this is a fluid situation, and conditions are changing daily. We are continuing to monitor the situation, and I will make you aware of any changes as soon as possible. Please continue to check your email regularly for updates.
For your safety and the safety of others, if you develop symptoms, it is requested that you contact your clinic/physician immediately and self-quarantine. If you self-quarantine, please email your instructor immediately. We also ask that if you have recently traveled to CDC Level 3 countries (currently China, South Korea, Italy, and Iran) that you remain off-campus for 14 days after your arrival back to the U.S. even if you are symptom-free.
As always, please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
