He holds Progressive Care Certification from the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses and still practices on Progressive Care, Stepdown and Medical-Surgical units. Keith’s clinical interests include: cardiac electrophysiology, infection control, hospice/palliative care and educating patients with chronic conditions.

Nursing is the crossroads of medicine and customer service; it is both an art and a science. Keith’s educational philosophy is to include elements of both the art and the science into his teaching so that MHU student nurses can be best prepared for the modern workforce.
