Film on the lives of Julius Rosenwald and Booker T. Washington and their collaboration in building over 5,000 schools across the South so Black children could be educated. (film is 1hr 45 min.) The restored historic Anderson Rosenwald school in the town of Mars Hill is one of these schools.
