State Senator To Speak at Mars Hill University About Opioid Crisis

N.C. Sen. Ralph Hise (R – District 47) will speak at Mars Hill University on Friday, November 10, 2017, regarding the opioid crisis in North Carolina and how the General Assembly is attempting to provide relief for North Carolina families. Senator Hise’s presentation will begin at 7:00 p.m. in Nash Education Hall, Room 205. Jonathan Rose, an MHU political science professor, will moderate a question-and-answer session. The event is sponsored by the MHU College Republicans and the political science department. Admission is free.
