Eggleston earned her BFA in graphic design from Bowling Green State University, Ohio. She has worked professionally in art direction, advertising and illustration before beginning her teaching career. Her experience in graphic design education began in 2004 and includes working as a graphic design assistant professor for 18 years in NC’s community college system. During this time, she earned her Masters Degree from Appalachian State University. Lora values the importance of teaching students to create professional art that communicates effectively.
