Our Performing and Visual Arts departments offer opportunities to know what it is like to be a part of a particular program at Mars Hill University. This fall, we are inviting students to join us to learn more about being a musician, an artist, a performer or a behind the scenes technician at Mars Hill University.
Visual and Performing Arts Visit Day – October 28, 2024
Visual and Performing Arts Visit Days are specifically geared to our prospective students, giving you an opportunity to see first hand what it would be like to perform with us at Mars Hill.
Whether your interest is in a major or minor in music, singing or playing in an ensemble, or you just need to figure that out, a Visual and Performing Arts Visit Day can help you do just that.

Theatre Visual and Performing Arts Visit Day – October 28, 2024
Mars Hill Theatre students perform in a production of Cinderella.
We are hosting a Visual and Performing Arts Visit Day for high school juniors and seniors. Visual and Performing Arts Visit Days are specifically geared to giving prospective students an opportunity to see firsthand what it would be like to perform with us at Mars Hill. Whether your interest is in theatre, musical theatre, dance or you just need to figure that out, a Visual and Performing Arts Visit Day can help you do just that.
A typical schedule might include:
- Meeting with admissions and financial aid representatives
- Attending select classes
- Sitting in on rehearsals
- A private lesson
- A campus tour
