An event every week that begins at 1:15 pm on Thursday, repeating until April 20

Join counseling interns Gabrielle and Audrey for the Stress+Anxiety Support Group on Thursdays 1:15-2:15. This support group provides a safe space to share the stress and anxiety in your life with others who may share your experiences. This group is open to anyone feeling overwhelmed by school, work, relationships, or life in general. We can provide time to vent, connect with others, and share techniques for reducing stress and/or anxiety. Feel free to drop in any week you need a little extra support. Located in Nash room 100. PAWS wellness credit!
