An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Monday and Wednesday, repeating until December 10

12-1pm – Staff and faculty are invited to meet on Mondays and Wednesdays  for this strength and cardio circuit. Combination of introductory weight/strength-training and cardio exercises in a station format.
