Choreography by Angie Borbon, Music Direction by Chelsea Cribbs.

The Mars Hill University Theatre Arts Department embarks on the largest student directed production in its history. Dozens of custom and handcrafted costumes will sparkle underneath the stage lights and invite audiences into the magical world of LIVE theatre. The MHU Theatre Arts Department was granted special rights for this Enchanted version, with inclusiveness and diversity. Inspired by the acclaimed 1997 teleplay starring Brandy, and Whitney Houston, this version of the magical fairy tale is reborn with the Rodgers & Hammerstein’s hallmarks of originality, charm, and elegance.
Other members of the creative team include Katie Crutcher as the Stage Manager, Richard Seagle and Andrew Zebrowski as technical directors/designers and Anne Knight as the costume designer.

Performances of Cinderella will be presented in the historic Owen Theatre on the Mars Hill University Campus with socially distancing and extensive health and safety protocols. The Owen Theatre, which seats 150, will be limited to approximately 70% capacity with a maximum of 80 patrons, based on seating configurations of family groups and pods. New procedures including contactless tickets, mask requirements, and other safety protocols are in place to protect patrons, casts, and staff. MHU consulted with several area experts to develop the production plans, which adhere to all CDC and governmental orders. Due to the limited number of patrons allowed in the theatre it is recommended to get your tickets in advance.

Tickets are $25 for adults, $15 for children, free for Mars Hill University students and staff with identification the day of the performance. For more information visit us at www.mhutheatre.ludus.com, contact the box office at (828) 689-1377 or at boxoffice@mhu.edu.
