Canceled: Harvest Party

Regretfully, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our Harvest Party this evening. The weather forecast has changed quite drastically from earlier today and there is now a severe weather warning, so we feel that it is best to postpone. We will keep you updated on a new date, though. Stay dry and safe out there and hopefully we’ll see you next weekend at the Lunsford Festival!

Come celebrate MHU’s Heritage Garden at this event, hosted by the Appalachian Studies and Environmental Studies programs. If you are able, please bring a dish to share, along with a serving implement and ingredient list. All (students, employees, community members) are welcome to join us for food, fellowship, music, games, and the opportunity to sample regional foods. Bring an instrument if you wish and we’ll have some fiddle tunes! This event will take place in the Community Life Pavilion behind Broyhill Chapel. For more information: lweinstein@mhu.edu
