Jonna K and Laura B will be offering two yoga classes per week in the Breathing Room (Marshbanks 101) this fall: Mondays 4-5pm with Laura and Thursdays 12-1pm with Jonna. We focus on slow relaxing movements that are accessible to everyone. All members of our MHU community are welcome to join.
