Community yoga class will meet on Thursdays from Noon-1pm this semester. We are a relaxed, friendly group. Each class mixes a bit of strengthening and stretching with a lot of breathing and grounding. Join us in the Breathing Room (basement of Marshbanks). All are welcome!!
