An event every week that begins at on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until April 29
Meet outside Taylor Fitness Center; Walk/Run will be outside weather permitting
This will be an opportunity for all levels of walkers, runners, and everyone in between to increase their daily physical activity minutes and enjoy our beautiful walking trails around campus. Following a short warm up, the group will travel across the street to the W. Otis Duck Walking Trail. It is a nice loop route so you can decide your personal mileage and time. The pace is completely up to you, but if you need some extra motivation – we will be there to help you with that! In inclement weather, the group will move to the gym.
