An event every week that begins at 3:00pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until April 30, 2019

Includes a variety of total body exercises (body weight strength-training, HIIT, core/ab work, kickboxing, pilates) that promote calorie burn and muscle toning! *There are several mats available for use in the dance studio, but if you do have your own, bring it along to class.
