The Dickson-Palmer apartments are a great option for continuing students who want to live on campus, but with a bit more independence. Each apartment has a living room, kitchen, a bathroom, and one single and one double room. There is space for 60 students within the three buildings, A; B; & C, which are located on the south side of campus. First year students are generally permitted to live in the apartments.
All of Unit A apartments, Unit C apartments 115 and 215 went through major renovation in 2015. These upgrades included air-conditioning, light upgrades, tile floors, and replacement of all windows/doors. These apartments are premium pricing.

Unit C have not been renovated yet except for apartments 115/215 (see Unit A description). Unit C is on the renovation schedule, but the date has not be released as of yet.  These apartments are rustic as many of the original fixtures are still in use, but many students love to live in this area due to the location, ease of parking and the full kitchen. Unit C is standard pricing.
